That evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. Rickie and I shared the Chateaubriand, our best meal of the trip. The item at the top center was a strange appetizer...a warm tomato mousse with pesto and creme fraiche...kind of like a baby food version of a caprese salad.
