Day 7 - On our way to see the Pont du Gard, we drove through Avignon where we passed the Pont d'Avignon (Bridge of Avignon), a medieval bridge over the Rhone River built in 1234. It originaly had 22 stone arches but flooding caused many to collaspe and there are only 4 left today.
