We met our local guide Aldi who took us to the main attraction Basilica di Santa Caterina d’Alessandria, famous for its fresco masterpieces. It is primarily Romanesque ca 1369, but merges together different architectural styles- from the Roman, to the Gothic, to the Norman and Byzantine style.
