The plaque on the building is for Primož Trubar (1508-1586), a Slovene Protestant reformer. He is a key figure of Slovenian history noted as the author of the first Slovene language printed book, and for consolidating the Slovenian language. Maybe that explains why they have a replica of the Gutenberg wooden printing press in this building.
